Roles & responsibilities

• Key role in PowerOn Advantage implementation

• Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes and services. Determines problem fixes/remedies. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.

• Operational support of the Outage Management System.

• Development tasks required (PLSQL, PERL , JAVA Script, SOAP integration, SSRS Reports).

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of policy, standards, procedures, and documentation for security

• Min 3 years experience in a similar role in utilities domain

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in application upgrades, data migration

• Preferable - Experience with Gas outage management (GE would be advantageous)

• Resilience - ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets

• Communication – demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Problem Solving – ability to manage multiple issues at once, and priorities independently.

• Strong understanding of Linux Operating system

• Working experience oracle database
