Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Iskraemeco by Kaynes Technology as an experienced NOMC Executive in Trivandrum, Kerala. Your role will require 2 to 5 years of experience in smart metering services and NOMC operations. As a local candidate, having knowledge of the Malayalam language will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Operate Smart metering products including HES, WFM & MDMS. - Handle events & alerts, and manage incidents. - Engage in network operations and monitoring center activities. - Manage SLAs effectively. - Provide technical support, conduct testing & validation of smart metering products. - Resolve disputes and coordinate with field staff. Qualification Required: - Diploma / B. Tech (Any stream). - Familiarity with Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) architecture, infrastructure, products & services.
