Role Summary:

A Network Operations Lead position responsible for the providing solutions, support, and operations of the Enterprise network. Has an in-depth knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, access points, and network hardware with Service Delivery experience

Job Summary:

• Knowledge of Cisco products such as routers , switches and firewalls

• Knowledge of Palo Alto products such as Firewalls and VPN

• Working knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, DNS, DHCP, ARP and PIM

• Takes a lead role in serving on teams in clearly defining, with the customer, more complex requirements, deliverables and timeframes. Escalate issues and make recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience.

• Takes a lead role conducting more complex root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT Infrastructure.

• Takes a lead role to develop and/or deliver technical training in complex technical areas. May mentor less experienced team members in the execution of their duties.

• Takes a lead role in completing more complex project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.

• Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.

• Other duties as assigned or requested.

Experience Required:

• Knowledge on networking; routing and switching technologies.

• 9 to 15 years of experience in Network technology and Network security with Service delivery experience.

• CCNA, CCNP or Networking certification are mandatory.

• Significant technical knowledge and experience with hands on troubleshooting.

• Fundamental analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills are required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Good organizational and follow up skills are a must.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Shift Details:

Ready to work in 3pm to 12 am shift.
