Responsible for overall management and day-today. activities of the DC-DR, SLA commitments, performance, availability, response time, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Responsible for Network Planning, Designing, Optimization. Should be responsible for effective Resource management, System & Resource planning. Should be able to manage DR Site components (hardware & software). Co-ordinate between end users and operation team for DR Testing & functioning. Liaison with other stake holders/agencies. Shall act as backup to Project Manager. Responsibilities: Able to handle activities of the DC-DR, SLA commitments, performance, availability, response time, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Should be able to manage DR Site components (hardware & software). Co-ordinate between end users and operation team for DR Testing & functioning. Shall act as backup to Project Manager.
