Job Overview

Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and hardware failures.
Monitor network infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
Perform VLAN configurations, routing updates, and network optimization tasks.
Support network upgrades, migrations, and new equipment deployments.
Collaborate with remote and global teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and service records.
Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and organizational standards.
Provide on-site support for network-related incidents and scheduled maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, STP, DHCP, DNS, BGP, and OSPF.
Hands-on experience with enterprise networking hardware (Cisco, HP, Juniper, or equivalent).
Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Experience in firewall management and network security configurations.
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Must be available to work
on-site in New Delhi
.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry certifications such as
CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA
, or equivalent.
Experience with
SD-WAN, VPN configurations
, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is an advantage.
Familiarity with
ITIL processes
and enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
