Job Title: Systems Administrator Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite About the Role Throne Solutions is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to join our client’s IT operations team in Bangalore. This role will focus on server management, identity services, networking, and virtualization support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and enterprise networking, with at least one professional certification (MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP). Key Responsibilities Manage and administer Windows Server and Linux environments. Administer Active Directory and Azure AD , including group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services. Support and configure network infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, firewalls, routing, and switching). Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. Perform routine system monitoring, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. Implement and maintain security standards across systems and networks. Provide L2/L3 support for escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure improvement projects. Maintain accurate system documentation and standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven hands-on experience in: Server Management: Windows Server & Linux Active Directory / Azure AD administration Networking: Cisco/Fortinet firewalls, switches, routing Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
