Department: Technology Location: Chennai, India Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team working to build a Fintech solution within the residential real estate sector, supporting multi-country operations across Luxembourg, the UK, Germany, and India. This role requires a strong understanding of developing and customising NetSuite ERP, paired with real-world knowledge of real estate operations and financial practices in these regions. You will serve as a strategic link between our finance and technical teams, leading NetSuite implementations, integrations, and enhancements that support our company in scaling. Key Responsibilities Serve as the inhouse NetSuite expert to develop Netsuite as the ERP for our corporate and property portfolio companies. Manage workflows, customise fields and reports, develop dashboards and similar work to optimise the finance teams experience using NetSuite. Work with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into functional/technical NetSuite solutions. Propose and design a Finstack that builds within or on-top-of Netsuite to drive efficiencies for the finance team. Support multi-currency, multi-subsidiary, and multi-tax (VAT, GST, etc.) operations in compliance with regional accounting standards and tax requirements (Luxembourg, UK, Germany, India). Integrate NetSuite with other external systems (bank accounts, leasing systems, global payroll, HR system), other data sources and IMMO’s centralised database (IMMO core). Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection and financial regulations (GDPR, SOX, etc.). Support our finance team with their use of Netsuite, and provide training to enhance the value from the system. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise The TechStack: ERP: Oracle Netsuite as core system to enhance HRIS: Humaans IMMO Core: Integration with proprietary real estate investment management platform SaaS platform: Cledara Qualifications: 5+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle NetSuite, including experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation) are a strong plus. Proven track record in supporting NetSuite across multi-subsidiary environments with region specific finance/tax compliance - including Europe and India. Familiarity with integration tools and/or or custom APIs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to have: Experience in residential real estate as an asset class. Knowledge of local real estate regulations and financial reporting in Luxembourg, UK, Germany, or India. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, multi-time zone environment.
