Manage W2, 1099, C2C hiring processes and work with various work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications: 1- 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the US Staffing industry. Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment. Familiarity with VMS/MSP hiring processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in US shift timings (Night Shift IST). Experience with Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
