Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirement clarity and delivery.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
Support UAT planning, execution, and validation of deliverables.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in
IT Services/Software projects
.
Strong knowledge of
SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
.
Expertise in
requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
.
Proficiency in
tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Domain knowledge in
Banking, Finance, Healthcare, or Retail
would be an advantage.
