Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Understand and monitor
Global Markets Transaction Reporting
changes.
Conduct or participate in requirement clarification meetings with stakeholders.
Prepare detailed
BRDs, FSDs, and IT specifications
for development teams.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned regulatory changes.
Support QA teams in defining test cases and validate test results.
Lead/participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
Train team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
Support introduction of IT changes and new solution patterns.
Communicate progress updates with sponsors and key stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities

Participate in
UAT testing
and support business users during UAT.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical Skills

Strong conceptual understanding of
OTC Derivatives
(Fixed Income & Equity).
Knowledge of
F2B Trade Lifecycle
, clearing, and settlement.
Experience in
Regulatory Reporting
(preferred).
Strong Business Analysis skills.
Experience in writing
BRDs and FSDs
.
Basic SQL knowledge.

Behavioral Skills

Excellent communication skills.
Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Qualifications

Minimum
12+ years
of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets/Regulatory Reporting.
Deep conceptual understanding of OTC derivative products; hands-on experience is a plus.
