Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 10-18 years of experience to join our team as a Multi Property Assistant Director of Sales in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives across multiple properties.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, management teams, and guests.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales performance.
  • Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability and minimize losses.
