Multi Property Assistant Director of Sales

Role Overview: As an Assistant Sales Manager at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, you will assist in leading the propertys segmented sales effort and implementing the segment sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and guest satisfaction. Your focus will be on building long-term customer relationships and achieving property sales objectives, while also achieving personal booking goals. Key Responsibilities: - Work with sales leader to ensure understanding and effective implementation of sales strategy for the segment - Assist in developing and implementing a solicitation program to increase business - Create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and market for the segment - Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and execute operational aspects of business booked - Analyze market information, implement strategies to achieve financial goals, and review guest satisfaction results for areas of improvement - Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify customer service, and ensure customer recognition program is in effect - Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate with off-property sales channels, and ensure compliance with regulations - Attend customer events, trade shows, and sales missions to maintain key relationships Qualification Required: - 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area; OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area About JW Marriott: JW Marriott is part of Marriott International's luxury portfolio, with over 100 properties in gateway cities and distinctive resort locations worldwide.
