• Gather requirements from the client
• Proactively builds and manages relationship with client management
• Developing business cases, project plans and project documentation.
• Deliver projects/work on-time, on-budget, and in a way that accomplishes client goals
• Reviews and ensures high quality of work is delivered
• Meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure
• Apply creative thinking to identify possible reporting solution alternatives
• Travel to client locations as per the project and/or client needs
• 3+ years of project experience and minimum 2+ years in Power Platform development and customizations
• Deep understanding of D365 capabilities, architecture, and deployment of online solutions
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service
• Experience driving Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including: o PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) o Power Automate o Power BI o Power Pages o Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
• Experience integrating CRM with other business systems/applications
• Ability to assist functional resources/business analysts with requirements and provide design guidance for mid to large-sized D365 CRM projects
• Proficiency in OOB customizations such as: o Business Rules, Workflows, Actions o Security roles and configurations
• Good knowledge in code and project management using Azure DevOps
• Experience with Power Apps component framework (PCF) Good to Have:
• Experience using Copilot Studio for building conversational bots and AI-driven virtual agents
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform certifications
• Experience with AI Builder and integrating AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit Desired Candidate
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of current IT trends and technologies
• Broad IT knowledge including network administration, computer support, and software development
• Strong client communication and consulting skills • Experience mentoring junior team members
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and business analysis skills
• Comfortable leading workshops, design reviews, executive presentations, and stakeholder meetings
• Experience in delivering end-to-end reporting solutions
• Willingness to travel to client locations when needed
• Detail-oriented and focused on deliverables
