Job Purpose

To perform Development, support, and maintenance activities for the Dynamics CRM Application (Online and On-Premises versions).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end development on Dynamics CRM Application, specializing in components like

  Plugins, Workflows, Custom Workflow Activities, and Client-Side Scripting

  .
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and functional implementations.
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions using

  C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and MSSQL

  .
• Create and integrate

  Web Services, WCF Services, REST APIs, and Web APIs

  on the .NET platform.
• Utilize

  SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

  for data migration and integration tasks.
• Define and implement test cases using Mock Libraries and prepare comprehensive test plans for application enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews, participate in solution design, and maintain the existing codebase.
• Manage deployments of bug fixes in test environments and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Review and verify project documentation including BRD, FSD, TSD, and production transfer documents.
• Adhere to and enforce change management processes for all production rollouts.
• Report daily status updates on assigned tasks to the Team Lead.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Essential:

• 5-8 years

  of strong, hands-on experience with

  MS Dynamics CRM (D365 & 2016)

  .
• Strong technical knowledge in

  Microsoft Dynamic CRM's Sales and Service modules

  (Online and On-Premises).
• Proficiency in

  customization, configuration, and solution management

  within MS CRM.
• Expert-level skills in

  C#, ASP.NET, React JS, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, and HTML

  .
• Extensive experience in writing

  MSCRM Plugins, Custom Workflows, and form customizations

  .
• Strong ability in developing

  Web Services, WCF Services, REST APIs, and Web APIs

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

  and

  Windows Services

  .
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (

  Waterfall, Agile

  ).
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks used for Dynamics CRM development.

Desirable:

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Knowledge of audit, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
