Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Loan Processor support our Australian Mortgage Broking firm in a variety of tasks related to of loan processing, loan monitoring and loan administrative support.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain exposure to an Australian work culture while working closely with a dynamic team.

This role requires excellent English language proficiency, strong organizational skills, and experience in loan processing. It is preferred the candidate has experience in Apply Online, Sales Trecker 2.0, Quickly, but this is not essential. Candidate must be confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Power Point).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or Master of Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 4 years of experience as a loan processor, servicing the Australian market

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Apply Online, Quickly, Sales Trecker 2.0 is highly regarded and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary

• Language Proficiency:

  Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).

• Attention to Detail:

  Strong attention to accuracy and detail, especially in document preparation and data entry.

• Organizational Skills:

  Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
