Administrative Support Assist with billing, calendaring, and other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of legal services. Collaboration Work effectively with the Australian team to ensure the timely delivery of financial reports and compliance documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or Master of Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a loan processor, servicing the Australian market Technical Skills: Proficiency in FLEX / Broker Engine is highly regarded and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
