Key Account Manager Modern Trade

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end MT/RR Key Accounts
, ensuring strong relationships and performance
Achieve
sales targets
, revenue objectives, and drive new account onboarding
Oversee
MIS management, reconciliation
, and commercial sign-off with partners
Coordinate with
warehouse, logistics, and internal teams
to ensure smooth deliveries
Recruit, manage, and monitor
ISDs (In-Store Demonstrators)
Conduct
market visits
, maintain store relationships, and drive category team engagement
Ensure accurate reporting, timely escalations, and adherence to operational KPIs

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline;
MBA preferred
610 years of hands-on experience in Modern Trade
(MT/RR)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
MS Office & SAP
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong operational understanding and ability to multitask
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a fast-paced environment
