Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mixologist with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating innovative cocktails and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique and refreshing beverages.
Conduct research on new trends and techniques in mixology to stay updated.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all cocktails served.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Mixologist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of various types of spirits, including gin, vodka, and rum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective teamwork.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure high-quality drinks are served.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
