Summary:

Looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager MIS (Research) to join in the organization. The role requires a strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and data presentation, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, analyzing key business metrics, coordinating with third-party partners, and actively participating in management discussions to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations highlighting key insights, trends, and business performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure smooth data flow and report accuracy.
• Discuss and present key data insights during management meetings to aid decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all data and reports.
• Conduct variance analysis, monitor key KPIs, and prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for better efficiency and visualization.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured working approach.
• Strong business acumen and confidence in interacting with senior management.
• Good understanding of data analytics and business reporting techniques.

Preferred Background:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, Business Analysis, or Research roles.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
