Role Overview: As a Process Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading the Reporting & Analytics team in leveraging data to drive business success. Your role will involve overseeing a team of MIS/Reporting and Analytics professionals, empowering them to extract valuable insights from data and supporting key initiatives. You will play a crucial role in fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring the team's effectiveness and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing analytics team, providing coaching and mentorship for professional growth. - Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and offer feedback to enhance team effectiveness. - Lead a team of 2 - 3 Associates Process Manager and a span of 10-15 member team of Reporting Analysts and Sr. Reporting Analysts. - Define and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and best practices. - Establish data governance protocols to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulations. - Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, translating these into valuable analytical projects. - Design and implement effective reporting frameworks using advanced data visualization tools for diverse audiences. - Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, articulating insights and recommendations clearly. - Develop and monitor dashboards and performance metrics to track business initiatives' effectiveness. - Lead cross-functional analytics projects, coordinating resources and timelines for successful project delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best analytics practices to enhance team capabilities. - Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team by exploring new methodologies and technologies. - Exhibit strong leadership qualities to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Apply a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems strategically. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline, IT graduates preferred. - 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in people management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and SQL, including advanced functions and data visualization features. - Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases and extracting data. - Experience with data visualization tools like Excel dashboard, PowerPoint, Tableau. - Understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and predictive analysis. - Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration and preparation. - Familiarity with database management systems like Microsoft SQL Server. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture. - Proficiency in scripting languages like VBA and SQL query for automating reporting tasks and data manipulation.
