Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS to manage data reporting, daily operational MIS, and support decision-making across production, sales, inventory, and dispatch functions. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good analytical ability, and experience working in a manufacturing or F&B environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update production, sales, and inventory data in company systems.
• Generate dashboards, charts, and analytics for performance tracking.
• Validate data accuracy and reconcile mismatches from multiple departments.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with sales, production, purchase, and warehouse teams for data collection and consolidation.
• Track raw material consumption, finished goods stock, and dispatch reports.
• Support production planning by providing daily data on orders, stock levels, and demand.
• Assist in demand forecasting and cost analysis reports.

System & Process Support

• Maintain ERP/CRM entries and ensure data is updated in real-time.
• Identify data gaps, propose process improvements, and maintain data hygiene.
• Provide support to management for ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BSc, or related field).
• 5-10 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting (manufacturing/F&B preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
• Experience with ERP systems, Google Sheets, Power BI (added advantage).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination ability.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Location: Pirana, Ahmedabad
• Working Days: 6 days a week (or as per company policy)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
