The MIS Executive – Sales & Operations is responsible for generating accurate reports, analyzing sales and operational performance, and providing actionable insights to management. The role supports both sales planning and operational efficiency through effective data management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales MIS

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
• Track sales targets, achievements, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Manage and update sales databases (CRM, Excel sheets, etc.).
• Analyze customer, product, and regional sales trends.
• Provide sales insights for strategic planning and promotions.

Operations MIS

• Prepare operational reports such as inventory, logistics, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor process KPIs (TAT, productivity, SLA adherence, etc.).
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for data updates.
• Highlight operational bottlenecks and escalate issues to management.
• Support planning teams with demand/supply data.

General MIS Responsibilities

• Automate reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, or Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Support management with ad-hoc data requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control for all MIS files.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, basic Macros).
• Reporting tools: Power BI / Tableau (preferred).
• Good knowledge of sales processes and operations workflows.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years in Sales MIS, Operations MIS, or similar reporting roles.
