Role Overview The Sales Executive will spearhead business development for garden planters and outdoor decor solutions by engaging with architects, landscape designers, nurseries, and lifestyle retailers . The role requires building a strong dealer/distributor network , ensuring presence in premium outlets, and driving project-based sales through real estate developers, hospitality, and institutions . Key Responsibilities Channel Development Identify, onboard, and nurture dealers/distributors through nurseries, garden centers, and lifestyle/home décor stores. Conduct product demos, display setup, and ensure retail visibility. Project & Institutional Sales Develop business with architects, interior designers, landscape consultants , and ensure our planters are specified in projects. Sales Management Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for both retail and institutional channels. Ensure timely collections and compliance with credit policies. Cross-Selling Opportunities Leverage Sheetal’s presence in water tanks, solid waste bins, and road safety products to bundle planters for societies, builders, and municipal projects.
