Deputy Manager Sales

The preferred candidates should have experience in the same product line of manufacturing water tanks, PTMT, CP, sanitary, etc. Only male candidates are required for this role. The job location is in Punjab and Kashmir. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Execution & Target Achievement: Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory. Actively visiting dealers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts to generate demand and close sales. - Dealer & Distributor Development: Identifying, appointing, and onboarding new dealers and distributors in underpenetrated or potential markets. Conducting regular performance reviews of channel partners and assisting in stock planning and order placement. - Retail Channel Management: Building strong relationships with retail outlets and ensuring secondary sales movement. Implementing point-of-sale strategies, product visibility, and brand promotions at the retail level. - Market Development: Conducting field surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Participating in trade shows, local exhibitions, and dealer meets to enhance brand presence. - Reporting & Coordination: Maintaining accurate sales reports, distributor performance data, and market intelligence. Coordinating with internal teams (Logistics, Accounts, Marketing) for order fulfillment, credit control, and promotional support.
