Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage, maintain, and optimize organizational data through Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.), and develop customized applications for process automation, reporting, and workflow efficiency. The role ensures smooth flow of information across departments by creating digital tools and dashboards that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Drive & Workspace Management:
  • Organize, maintain, and secure company data on Google Drive with structured folder hierarchies.
  • Set access permissions and ensure compliance with data security policies.
  • Standardize file formats and naming conventions for easy retrieval.
  • MIS Reporting & Data Management:
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple departments.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports using Google Sheets, Data Studio, and other tools.
  • Automate daily/weekly/monthly reports to reduce manual work.
  • Application Development (Low-Code/No-Code):
  • Develop internal apps using Google AppSheet, AppScript, or other platforms to streamline processes (e.g., attendance, approvals, production, sales tracking).
  • Integrate Google Forms, Sheets, and Apps for customized workflow solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain developed apps to ensure smooth usage.
  • Process Automation & Efficiency:
  • Identify repetitive manual tasks and create automation solutions using Google Apps Script or APIs.
  • Develop notification systems (email/SMS alerts) for reminders, approvals, or escalations.
  • Cross-Departmental Support:
  • Work with Sales, Purchase, Production, HR, and Finance teams to understand reporting needs.
  • Provide customized MIS reports, dashboards, and apps for each function.
  • Train employees in effective use of Google Workspace tools.
  • Compliance & Backup:
  • Ensure data integrity and proper version control.
  • Implement data backup and recovery protocols.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Data Studio, Gmail).
  • Proficiency in Google AppSheet / AppScript development.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools.
  • Problem-solving and process-mapping skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and training skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
