Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹26,000 per month

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Job Description:

The MIS (Management Information System) Executive will be responsible for handling the organization's data, generating reports, and supporting management in making data-driven decisions. This role demands proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data to assist management in decision-making processes.
• Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including performance dashboards, sales, finance, and operational data.
• Data Analysis: Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in various departments.
• System Updates: Ensure MIS systems are updated regularly to reflect the latest business data.
• Excel Reporting: Develop advanced Excel reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Support Decision-Making: Provide management with insights to help improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Database Management: Manage and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Coordination: Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements and resolve any issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in MIS, Data Analysis, or similar roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience in working with ERP/CRM systems is desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
