Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated MIS Executive to manage and coordinate various administrative and tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a problem-solving attitude.

This role requires handling purchase orders, ledger reconciliation, payment collections, and MIS reporting while ensuring smooth coordination with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Manage purchase orders of PAN India distributors.
Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Liaise with courier partners for order shipments and COD cheque collections.
Sales Support: Address and resolve queries from the PAN India sales team.
Ledger Reconciliation & Payment Collections: Ensure accurate financial records and timely Payment collections.
MIS & Reporting: Prepare sales, inventory, and ad hoc reports.
Document Handling: Generate rate quotations and authorization letters as required.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various departments for seamless operations.
Miscellaneous: Handle additional tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
✔Strong mathematical and analytical skills
✔Basic accounting knowledge and ledger reconciliation
✔Strong data entry and analysis skills
✔Ability to handle work pressure with a calm and composed attitude
✔Honest, hardworking, and open to learning new things
✔Innovative mindset for process improvement
