Job Description

Responsibilities: Data Management and Integrity:Maintain and update the company's Management Information Systems (MIS) and databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Implement and enforce data entry protocols and quality control measures. Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions. Report Generation and Analysis:Design, develop, and generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports on sales performance, marketing activities, customer data, inventory, and other key business metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support strategic decision-making. Present data findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner (e.g., charts, graphs, dashboards). System Administration and Support:Provide technical support to end-users on MIS systems and related software. Assist in the implementation and upgrades of new MIS modules and applications. Develop and maintain documentation for MIS processes and reports. Coordinate with IT vendors for system maintenance and support. Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting processes. Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and develop customized solutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies. Sales and Marketing Support (Real Estate Specific):Generate reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales team performance. Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization. Assist in managing and analyzing property data and inventory. Support the sales team with data-driven insights for better client engagement.
