MIS Data Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, supporting network and systems infrastructure, and ensuring the security and integrity of organisational information. Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
• Manage server environments including Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Oversee network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Cisco routers, firewalls, and network security protocols.
• Implement and monitor information security measures to safeguard organisational data.
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
• Utilise tools such as SolarWinds, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, VMware vSphere, vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, and remote access software for system monitoring and support.
• Collaborate with IT teams on systems engineering projects involving Active Directory, app Script Mandatory, DHCP, IIS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Windows Server environments, and network support.
• Lead technical support initiatives across departments while supervising junior team members when necessary.
• Develop project plans using organisational skills to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to network configurations, security protocols, disaster recovery procedures, and system updates.

Experience

• Proven experience in system analysis and network engineering with a focus on server management and information security.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing IT infrastructure including Cisco routers, firewalls, VMware vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong background in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Supervising or leadership experience within an IT environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using analysis tools such as SolarWinds and remote access software for troubleshooting and system optimisation.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices for service management alongside project management skills using tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
