MIS Data Analyst

Job Summary:

The MIS Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights that help improve business operations. The role involves working with databases, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Generate reports and dashboards using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to support business strategies.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in data analysis, MIS reporting, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and improve reporting processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
