MIS Analyst

Job Description – MIS AnalystPosition OverviewWe are looking for a Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data, reporting, and business decision support. The role will focus on preparing, maintaining, and analyzing reports using Microsoft Excel, ensuring management has timely and accurate information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple teams or sources. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel. Ensure data accuracy and highlight any anomalies or gaps. Provide actionable insights through trend analysis and performance tracking. Automate recurring reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Support ad-hoc reporting requirements from management and business teams. Key Skills & Competencies: Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, charts). Ability to work with large sets of data and simplify into meaningful reports. Good communication and presentation skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to business reporting needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or any relevant discipline. Exposure to VBA, Python, or other automation tools. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in automation or data visualization tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
