Role Description: Clinical Specialist Location: Vile Parle,Mumba Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs CTC: As per market standards Their work includes: Proficiency in managing medical services & and operations with a key focus on patient satisfaction by optimal utilization of available resources Resourceful in imparting continuous on-job training for enhancing productivity & and operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement/skill-building Hands-on experience collaborating with technicians, adhering to clinical protocols, training medical staff, answering questions about their specialist area, and helping to identify and monitor illnesses Exposure in managing all the activities, targeting Doctors to increase prescription of key investigations for target specialties for network team / special team Communicate & and interact with patients to let them understand the medical situation while treating and prescribing proper medications based on the test results Share professional knowledge and skills with colleagues and conduct classroom teaching Represent nursing procedures in the clinical fields & and lab settings mi Work closely with the Sales Team - handholding & and analyzing growth trends, missing links in Dr conversions Excellence in planning & and executing CMEs/conferences with the Sales Team and coordinating both internally & and externally Efficient organizer, motivator, team player & decisive leader with the skills to motivate teams to excel and win Conduct in-service education as per the institutional policies Provided effective description & and demonstration of products Eligibility: Experience in Medical devices Ability to identify and facilitate educational programs or in-service training sessions Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
