MIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development:

   Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports to track business performance.

• Data Interpretation:

   Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.

• Data Integrity:

   Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various internal systems.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

   Coordinate with various departments to understand their specific data requirements and provide analytical support.

• Reporting:

   Generate periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) and ad-hoc reports for management decision-making.

• Automation:

   Automate repetitive data tasks through advanced Excel functionalities and macros to improve efficiency.

• Auditing:

   Assist in maintaining databases and performing regular data audits to ensure system health.

• Visualization:

   Prepare presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education:

   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience:

   Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data-centric role.

• Excel Expertise:

   Expert proficiency in 

  Advanced Excel

  , including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and macros.

• Analytical Mindset:

   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large volumes of information.

• Precision:

   High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Communication:

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Work Ethic:

   Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Technical Knowledge:

   Experience with database management and modern data analysis tools.
