Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Perform CRM system configuration, customization, and data migration activities.
• Develop and maintain plug-ins, workflows, custom workflows, JavaScript, and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK.
• Create and manage custom entities, attributes, forms, views, charts, dashboards, and security roles.
• Implement and support CRM integrations with third-party applications and other Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation including design specs, user guides, and development standards.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Keep updated with new Dynamics CRM features and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Support CRM deployment and release management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization (preferably Dynamics 365).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API, and plugin development.
• Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, Power Automate, and Power Apps integration.
• Experience with Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years

  of relevant experience in

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical.
