Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

• Design, develop, and implement customized Dynamics CRM solutions

• Customize entities, forms, views, business rules, and business process flows

• Develop custom plugins, workflow assemblies, and web resources using C#, .NET, and JavaScript

• Solid experience in CRM administration – security roles, teams, business units, user management

• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Integrate CRM with other systems using APIs, Logic Apps, or Azure services

• Familiarity with CRM SDK, REST/OData endpoints, FetchXML

• Perform upgrades, solution deployments, and data migration activities

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
