Role: Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Lead/Sr Developer

Experience: 8 years to 14 years

Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing and developing customizations in D365 F&O using X++, SSRS, data entities, and other relevant technologies.
• Building and maintaining integrations with other systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and APIs.
• Performing data migration using the Data Management Framework (DMF) and other relevant tools.
• Customizing forms, workflows, and reports based on business processes.
• Participating in full-cycle implementations, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Creating technical designs, developing reusable components, and documenting technical solutions.
• Working closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and clients to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Providing post-go-live technical support and troubleshooting issues.
• Investigating and implementing improvements to teams' working processes.
• Mentoring junior developers and consultants.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O: This includes understanding its architecture, data model, and capabilities.
• Proficient in X++ core programming language for Dynamics 365 F&O development.
• Experience with SSRS and Power BI: For creating custom reports.
• Understanding of Azure services: Including Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps for integrations and deployments.
• Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF): For data migration activities.
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques: Including APIs, webhooks, and business events.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines: Using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform: For developing custom solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: To troubleshoot issues and design effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
• Excellent documentation skills
