Role Description

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, specializing in CRM, Sales, ERP and customer-centric modules, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will configure, extend, and integrate key CRM and ERP modules, and collaboratively deliver functional, high-impact business applications. Expertise in the Power Platform is highly preferred for building automations, portals, and dashboards that optimize customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications for Sales, Customer Service, and related modules.
• Gather business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate use cases into technical solutions.
• Configure entities, forms, workflows, business process flows, role-based security, and automate tasks using Power Platform tools.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, including ERP modules, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Extend functionality via custom plugins, REST APIs, and custom connectors; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI.
• Document processes, follow product development lifecycle, and contribute to user training and support.
• Remain updated with Microsoft best practices and participate in ongoing team discussions and learning events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Proven expertise in CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, ERP integration, custom entities).
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and integration with REST APIs.
• Experience configuring security (Role-based, Field-level), business rules, and process automation.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Office 365, and integration technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Background in UI/UX design principles.
• Experience implementing and supporting ERP modules.
• Prior experience in digital transformation initiatives or IT consulting.

Compensation

Expected Pay-Scale: Between Rs 400-550 per hour, processed monthly based on expertise (15–20 hrs per week work commitment expected).
