Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilledMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Subject Matter Expert (SME)with expertise inSales Hub, Copilot, and related Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizingDynamics 365 CRM solutionsto enhance business processes and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implementMS Dynamics 365 Sales Hubsolutions.
• Integrate and optimizeMicrosoft Copilot AIfeatures for enhanced automation and decision-making.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 usingPower Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Develop and deploycustom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Implement integrations withAzure services, third-party APIs, and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of Dynamics CRM.
• Provide expertise onbest practices, security, and governancein Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct user training and support adoption of new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ yearsof experience inMS Dynamics 365 CRM development(Sales Hub experience is a must).
• Strong expertise inMicrosoft Copilot AI, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience withC#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScriptfor Dynamics customization.
• Experience withDataverse, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and API integrations.
• Proficiency inplugin development, custom workflows, and Power Automate-based automation.
• Strong knowledge ofsecurity models, role-based access control, and governancein D365.
• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications inDynamics 365 Sales Hub, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation and analytics within Dynamics 365.
