Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Customization: Implement and customize Dynamics 365 modules based on client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

2. Solution Design: Design and develop Dynamics 365 solutions, including workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and reports, to meet business requirements.

3. Project Management: Lead teams in performing configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring projects adhere to internal development guidelines.

4. Troubleshooting: Conduct complex troubleshooting and lead incident resolution related to Dynamics 365 implementations.

5. System Integration: Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Azure services, and external systems.

Required Skills:

1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules, Power Platform, Azure services, C#, JavaScript, and enterprise integration technologies.

2. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365, with proven track record of successful implementations.

3. Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and related technologies are highly desirable.

Desirable Skills:

1. Power Platform: Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

2. AI-driven Solutions: Knowledge of AI-driven business solutions and ability to integrate Microsoft and non-Microsoft AI into business processes.
