Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Location: PAN India (Remote but need to travel onsite if required) Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, customizing, and integrating solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) . You will play a key role in designing technical solutions, building custom components, and ensuring high-quality implementations that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions within Dynamics 365 CE . Create and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and business logic using C#, .NET , and X++ . Customize forms, views, entities , and build reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI . Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications using Power Platform , Azure Logic Apps , and custom APIs . Work with Dataverse , Power Apps , Power Automate , and Azure DevOps for solution development and delivery. Participate in technical design discussions , code reviews , and Agile/Scrum ceremonies . Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation , including TDDs , deployment guides, and configuration manuals. Collaborate closely with functional consultants , project managers , and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 to 6 years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM . Proficiency in: Plugin and workflow development JavaScript and client-side scripting Power Automate and Model-Driven App development Experience with Azure DevOps , including CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control . Solid knowledge of Dataverse , Power Platform , and Microsoft Azure services . Strong development skills using C# , .NET , and/or X++ . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform . Experience with integration frameworks or middleware. Familiarity with additional Dynamics modules (e.g., F&O, Field Service, etc.)
