Job Title:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions within

  Dynamics 365 CE

  .
• Create and maintain

  plugins, custom workflows, and business logic

  using

  C#, .NET

  , and

  X++

  .
• Customize

  forms, views, entities

  , and build reports and dashboards using

  SSRS

  and

  Power BI

  .
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications using

  Power Platform

  ,

  Azure Logic Apps

  , and

  custom APIs

  .
• Work with

  Dataverse

  ,

  Power Apps

  ,

  Power Automate

  , and

  Azure DevOps

  for solution development and delivery.
• Participate in

  technical design discussions

  ,

  code reviews

  , and

  Agile/Scrum ceremonies

  .
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive

  technical documentation

  , including

  TDDs

  , deployment guides, and configuration manuals.
• Collaborate closely with

  functional consultants

  ,

  project managers

  , and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years

  of hands-on development experience in

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

  .
• Proficiency in:
• Plugin and workflow development
• JavaScript and client-side scripting
• Power Automate and Model-Driven App development
• Experience with

  Azure DevOps

  , including

  CI/CD pipelines

  and

  Git-based version control

  .
• Solid knowledge of

  Dataverse

  ,

  Power Platform

  , and Microsoft

  Azure services

  .
• Strong development skills using

  C#

  ,

  .NET

  , and/or

  X++

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Microsoft certifications related to

  Dynamics 365

  or

  Power Platform

  .
• Experience with integration frameworks or middleware.
• Familiarity with additional Dynamics modules (e.g., F&O, Field Service, etc.)
