We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Agile project team. The selected candidate will contribute to the development, customization, and support of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service application, with multi-channel support and integration capabilities. Responsibilities: Configure and set up new or existing service desks and business units in Dynamics 365. Customize and extend Dynamics using PowerApps, Power Automate, form editor, business rules, plugins, and custom workflows. Enhance UI using JavaScript, jQuery, XRM controls, and UCI framework. Build dashboards and reports using OOB features or Power BI. Configure queues, routing rules, and auto-triaging based on skills, content area, and agent availability. Develop multiple channel capabilities (Email, Web, Portal). Build self-service/custom portals with knowledge management. Integrate with ESB services, flat files, and internal applications. Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and fix production issues. Participate in regression, performance, and load testing. Provide troubleshooting and technical support. Document technical specifications and system architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design and implementation decisions. Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 development and customization. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Service Hub, Knowledge Management, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate). Strong background in .NET, C#, JSON, JavaScript/jQuery. Experience in UCI framework, model-driven apps, client API, and portals. Hands-on experience in developing custom SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards. Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps and pipeline automation. Expertise in handling large volumes of data and case/email records. Familiarity with third-party monitoring and troubleshooting tools for Dynamics. Strong knowledge of Dynamics security models, roles, and business unit configurations. Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Nice to Have: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights and AI-driven analytics. Experience building survey forms using MS Forms Pro.
