We are looking for a Technical CRM Consultant with 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related technologies. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end CRM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations, and driving customer success.
In this role, you will play a key role in:

Leading technical design and development for D365 CRM implementations.

Customizing and configuring D365 solutions to meet business requirements.

Managing integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

Resolving complex technical issues and providing support for upgrades and migrations.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver projects on time.

Designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI).

Your Profile

Extensive hands-on experience with D365 product and multiple implementations.

Worked on different CRM/XRM versions and completed at least 2"“3 full project life cycles .

Expertise in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, JavaScript .

Experience in agile deliveries and working under tight timelines.

Exposure to on-premise and cloud deployments , support, upgrades, and migrations.

Strong experience in D365 customization and configuration .

Customer-facing with excellent analytical and communication skills .
