Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Key Responsibilities

:-

• Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Work on web applications, APIs, XML, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in version control, code releases, and deployment activities.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance software development productivity.
  

Required Skills & Knowledge

:-

• Strong programming skills and understanding of Web Applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• C#, .NET, JavaScript and JS frameworks
• MS SQL Server
• Exposure to CRM/ERP enterprise applications (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Good understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (preferably Microsoft Power Platform).
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code release processes.
• Familiarity with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, and vibe coding concepts.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and deliver meaningful contributions within a short timeframe.
