Our team works across social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and content creation — and we’re looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across multiple objectives.
• Create, test, and scale campaign structures tailored to brand goals.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and interest layering.
• Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for high-converting visuals.
• Perform daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
• Set up pixel tracking, custom conversions, retargeting, and advanced funnel campaigns.
• Maintain campaign dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Analyze insights and recommend improvement strategies for scaling.
• Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Meta Ads Campaign Management (Agency experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience in running Meta Ads for Business Coaches and Consultants
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.
• Deep understanding of funnel-based advertising and consumer behavior.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, campaign segmentation, and ad optimization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Certifications like Meta Blueprint or Google Ads Certification.
• Experience in sales funnels, automation tools, and CRM integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
