Meta Ads Specialist — Job Description
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Rajgurunagar, Ludhiana
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹20,000

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Build high-converting lead generation and sales funnels.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor daily performance, optimise budgets and improve CPL/ROAS.
• Work with creative teams for ad copies, creatives and landing pages.
• Maintain proper tracking, UTM setup and reporting.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (1–2 years).
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting & optimisation.
• Ability to analyse insights and take data-driven decisions.
• Basic knowledge of pixels, custom events & retargeting.
• Strong communication and ability to handle multiple projects.
