Meta Ads Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising strategies that directly drive website sales and revenue growth. This role focuses on managing high-converting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, improving product visibility, maximizing conversions, and ensuring a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage sales-focused Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to increase website purchases.
• Optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROAS and conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools, ensuring ROI, sales targets, and KPIs are consistently met.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to create persuasive ad creatives and messaging that drive traffic with purchase intent.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for increasing online sales.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with a strong focus on sales and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, ad optimization, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking.
• Excellent communication, creativity, analytical skills, and a target-driven mindset.
