Meta Ads Specialist

If you’re someone who loves execution, data, and building ads that actually convert, not just “boosting posts”, we want you.

What You’ll Do

• Run Meta ads for

  Shift M

  to bring high-quality leads
• Manage ads for multiple client brands (jewellery, F&B, fitness, events)
• Build and optimize lead-gen, retargeting & conversion campaigns
• Test creatives, hooks, and audiences
• Share weekly reports + recommendations
• Improve CPL and campaign performance month after month

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience running Meta ads
• Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns
• Experience managing ₹20,000–₹1,50,000 monthly budgets
• Ability to work fast, optimize faster
• Comfortable handling 3–5 ad accounts
• Someone who takes ownership and delivers results
