About the Role


We are looking for a design-thinker with taste,


Responsibilities


  • Create visual identity systems & brand aesthetics from idea to execution
  • Design premium creatives for digital platforms with a brand-first approach
  • Build moodboards, reference decks, and visual directions for campaigns
  • Collaborate with strategy/copy to create meaningful design
  • Maintain design consistency and visual storytelling across formats


Who We’re Looking For


  • 1–3 years of design experience

    (agency preferred)
  • Understands modern, internet-led design language (Gen-Z + premium)
  • Strong grasp of

    typography, composition, scale, rhythm, and hierarchy

  • Thinks beyond “pretty visuals”, designs with brand perception and intention

  • Has a deep eye for references, nuance, and detail

  • Portfolio shows identity building, direction, and aesthetic judgment


Tools / Skills


  • Illustrator + Photoshop proficient (baseline requirement)
  • Figma familiarity is appreciated
  • Motion or micro-animation is a plus
  • Bonus if you experiment with 3D/texture/form
