Social Media Manager


What You’ll Do


  • Create content strategies and monthly calendars for multiple brands
  • Coordinate with designers/video editors to get creatives executed
  • Handle client communication, feedback, and approvals
  • Track performance & share insights to improve content direction
  • Stay updated with

    internet-first trends and platform behavior

  • Build brand presence, not just feeds


What We’re Looking For


  • 1-3 years of agency experience

  • Has

    managed multiple brand accounts independently

  • Strong understanding of branding & content positioning
  • Comfortable handling clients directly
  • Able to brief and guide a creative team
  • Strong grammar, storytelling & content sense (English + Hindi preferred)


Tools/Skills


  • Understanding of Social Media growth formats and platforms
  • Trend mapping, hooks, positioning
  • Canva / Notion / Meta Business Suite (basic level)
  • Bonus: basic knowledge of performance ads
